Why we should control rodent availability on your house? Because rat can destroy everything on your house if the population of rats too many. And some other reason of rodent control as follows:

• WHO estimate about 33 million tons of food is destroyed each year.
• Rodent can destroy of our property in the house by their constant chewing
• Rodent put livestock at risk of health and disease, by contaminating feed with their urine and droppings.
• Rat or rodent group can carry many diseases including rat bite fever, leptospirosis, salmonellosis and plague to name of few.
• 5 to 10 cases of plague every year causes by rat.

Rat are carries of many diseases whether they are alive or dead. Rat will break up and destroy much more food than they eat, at the same time leaving droppings and urine any and everywhere they forage. To see the footprints and other signs of rat trap, you can use a black light.

Rat can break up electrical wiring, wiring in homes and other building, and they love to live in your insulation. Small holes the size of a quarter and slightly large usually tells you the mice are having a good all the time. Larger holes let you know rats or squirrels are hanging around.
